CSKA Moscow smashed 7th ranked BC Nizhniy Novgorod at home 85:53. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of BC Nizhniy Novgorod.
The game had a very big importance for second-ranked CSKA Moscow as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Newly promoted BC Nizhny Novgorod keeps the seventh place with seven games lost. They share the position with Dynamo and Krasnye Krylya.
Trajan Langdon top-scored with 18 points and 7 assists, as Round 9 MVP Ramunas Siskauskas followed him with 12 points for the winners.
Ivan Paunic gained 13 points and made 7 rebounds in the losing effort.
