The quarterfinals pairs of the BEKO PBL Play-off stage
The quarterfinals pairs of the BEKO PBL Play-off stage became known after Russian regular championship finished with sensational victory 89:76 of Nizhniy Novgorod over Lokomotiv-Kuban in Krasnodar. The results of the Round 27 didn’t make any changes in the Regular season table as compared with Round 26.
UNICS (1 place) – Nizhniy Novgorod (8)
CSKA (2) – Krasnye Krylya (7)
Lokomotiv-Kuban (3) – Enisey (6)
Khimki (4) – Spartak (5)
The team who will earn two victories goes to the semi-finals. Another team goes to the semifinals for the fifth place.
The first games are on May 23 in Kazan, Moscow, Krasnodar and Khimki. The second are on May 26 in Nizhniy Novgorod, Samara, Krasnoyarsk and Saint-Petersburg. The third games are planned on May 28.
In the semifinals the winner of the UNICS – Nizhniy Novgorod pair will play against the winner of the Khimki – Spartak. CSKA – Krasnye Krylya will play with Lokomotiv-Kuban – Enisey.
Dynamo and Triumph took the 9th and 10th places.
