Siskauskas won the PBL Championship MVP Round 9
Siskauskas, Zupan, Lyday, Williams and Langford became the best players of the PBL Championship Round 9.
CSKA forward Ramunas Siskauskas gained the PBL Round 9 MVP award. Lithuanian helped his team to earn the hardest victory over Lokomotiv-Kuban on Saturday. Siskauskas made 26 points, missing only 4 of 21 throws, 6 rebounds, 1 steals, 2 assists and 7 times made Loko players commit fouls on him. His ranking is 36.
Spartak forward Miha Zupan took the second place in the MVP ranking. Slovenian made a double-double in the game against Krasnye Krylya with 22 points and 12 rebounds. His ranking is 31.
UNICS defender Terrell Lyday gained third place in the PBL MVP Top-5 again. Lyday top-scored with 29 points, made 3 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals and 7 times made Khimki players commit fouls on him. Lyday’s outstanding play helped UNICS to gain victory over Khimki and took leading in the PBL Championship. His ranking is 30.
Enisey playmaker Marcus Williams took the fourth place in the MVP rating with 25 points. American made a double-double in the game against Triumph with 16 assists and 25 points. But he also repeated PBL anti-record with 7 turnovers.
Khimki defender Keith Langford made 26 points and became the best Khimki player in the game against UNICS. Langford scored 26 points. His rating is 28.
The symbolic team of the Round 9 consists of 4 players from the Top-5 and Krasnye Krylya center Primoz Brezec, who became the best among PBL numbers 5. His ranking is 23.

Russian Basketball Federation has approved BEKO PBL’s proposal to postpone the final date of the upcoming championships to the 22 of May, leaving space in calendar for play-offs. Also the schedule of the tournament has been approved and therefore the opening game between BC Nizhny Novgorod and CSKA will take place on Thursday, October 6th.
