So the Red Army team gained revenge for December loss in Khimki. Nenad Krstic scored 13 points and 8 rebounds, Weems added 10 points and 7 assists. In BC Khimki Rivers scored 14 points, Monya added 10 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks.

In a PBL championship game BC Krasnye Krylia in Samara hosted PBC CSKA Moscow and lost in the very ending - 66:68. Bazarevich's team managed to make a huge run 17:0 in the last quarter but Weems's triple and Kulagin's turnover buried the hopes of the home squad. As a result CSKA became Russian Champion, this title became the 20th for the Messina's team.

In a VTB United League game (the result takes into account of PBL championship) BC Triumph Lyubertsy hosted CSKA Moscow. Eventually the guest team confidently won - 82:62. Tywain McKee scored 13 points in BC Triumph, Sonny Weems added 17 points in CSKA Moscow.

In a Turkish Airlines Euroleague Top 16 week 12 game CSKA Moscow on the road faced Unicaja Malaga and scored a victory in a bitter struggle - 70:66. Kaun added 16 points, Teodosic - 13 and Ergez 10 points. This win advanced the Red Army team to the first group E place.

In a VTB United League game (the result takes into account of PBL championship) CSKA Moscow hosted PBC Lokomotiv-Kuban and scored a crashing victory - 83:56. Sonny Weems added 17 points in the home team. In Loko Mantas Kalnietis and Nik Calathes scored in 13 points each.
