Lokomotiv-Kuban forward Michael Wilkinson gained the PBL Round 8 MVP award. American helped his team to earn the victory over Khimki on Sunday. Wilkinson made 22 points, 9 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 assist and four times made Khimki players commit fouls on him. His ranking is 30.
Anton Ponkrashov took the second place in the MVP ranking. Russian playmaker made a new PBL record by making 15 assists in the game against Dynamo. Also Ponkrashov earned 13 points, made 4 rebounds and 2 steals . His ranking is 27.
UNICS defender Terrell Lyday and Nizhny Novgorod center Valentin Yurchik gained 24 points in the Round 8 MVP ranking. Lyday top-scored with 20 points, made 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, 1 blocked shot and 5 times made Enisey players commit fouls on him. Valentin Yurchik scored 21 points, made 4 rebounds, 3 steals, 1 assist and 3 times made opponent players commit fouls on him in the victory over Triumph.
Enisey forward Dragan Labovic took the fifth place in the MVP rating with 23 points. Despite of his team loss to UNICS Labovic became the top-scorer of the match with Terrell Lyday with 20 points. Also Serbian made 5 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 assists.
