Igor Lipsky replaced Alexander Krasnenkov on a Spartak president post.

Igor Lipsky named as a new Spartak Saint-Petersburg president after Alexander Krasnenkov, who held a president post before, was elected as Russian basketball federation president on Monday.

Lipsky worked as a Saint-Petersburg Gazprom department head deputy before he replaced Krasnenkov on a new position, as official Spartak site reports.
