The 2011-12 Eurocup champion is BC Khimki, which held off Valencia Basket 77-68 in a thrilling finale. Khimki won for the first time and will play in the 2012-13 Euroleague. Zoran Planinic scored 19 and was named Finals MVP.
In season 2010/2011 another BEKO PBL team UNICS Kazan was Eurocup champion.
