Lokomotiv ties series with Triumph

Lokomotiv-Kuban got on the level terms with Triumph in the the-best-of 5 series for the 3rd place in the BEKO PBL. Lokomotiv won game 2 in Lyubertsy 93:81. The game was very evenly matched in the first half, but then Triumph's tiredness showed up and the visitors took advantage of it. Games 3 and 4 to take place on 18th and 19th of May in Krasnodar.

KC Rivers was the MVP for the winners with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Sergey Bykov scored 19 points and dished 6 assists.

Davon Jefferson was the no short of his usual brilliance with 23 points (9/11 FG), 14 rebounds and 40 index rating. Sergey Karasev however was the top scorer with 25 points adding 5 rebounds and 5 assists.
